| Comment | It's not just you, Glaswegians are clatty bastards. Far too many just throw their shite on the ground, fail to pick up after their dog, or fly-tip for those that _do_ respect the city to have any impact.
Not quite sure what the solutions is, other than much stricter enforcement. Perhaps make offenders wear a "tabard of shame" and sentence them to collect X tonnes of litter.
Also, when people actually do try an use a bin in Glasgow, it's generally full to overflowing. I continually have to report bins to the council that have been full for weeks and are not emptied. |
