| Comment | I live by a train station which gets a lot of foot traffic going to the rugby stadium. There used to be a few bins about, however the locals complained that they were never emptied - so the Council's solution was to just get rid of them. Now there's no bins from the train station till the local shops or the stadium (10-15 minutes walk). |
