Spent many years in the ones in mosspark and then in carntyne for a number of years.


Good space, If they have rough casting done then they are well insulated,

In terms on noise most of the noise that traveled from my neighbours were on the cavity walls with windows. If the place needs some renovation I'd suggest redoing the plasterboard on those walls with 15mm soundblock gyproc.

I ended up with a neighbour who didn't own anything nevermind a gardening tool, So I had to tend to my own garden, and the drying green, Minor annoyance.
