If its the house I'm thinking of ( round the corner from me) it backs on to the spare ground that's sealed off due to the mine affecting 4 house about 10 years ago. Does the report say if they mitigated the collapse affecting surrounding properties? They did fill the mines at the time but to what extent I'm unsure
