Comment	A work colleague of mine lived in Palmer Ave and knows some people in Baldwin. She says some folk there said their houses are subsiding and getting £100k a piece to move out. Second hand info, but thought I'd pass or on just in case. I'm just off Clobberhill and hoping I'm ok!
