Same here we were just lucky with this one - we saw one on pike man road last year that went for £30k over home report value - think it was offers over £139k with home report £160k and sold for £189k just crazy!!! We’ve looked at a few that were reasonably priced but needed a lot of work - and even they have gone for much more. I’m not too sure about further out that way - we were originally thinking about going as far as Clydebank people give mixed reviews but same as everywhere good bits and bad bits - I don’t know it well enough to comment. 🤞🤞🤞 you find somewhere soon - I never used to understand why people said this is so stressful - I do now!!! |
