People have the right to moan about being bothered on the street. Most of us live paycheck to paycheck. Working 40 hours a week to make money.

Why should you then have to give it to someone else if you dont want too. I would never give money to a homeless person on the street. However I regularly donate time and money to issues that I care about more.

To be harassed because you dont give someone money is pathetic. It's bad enough walking around in town with all the chuggers. Beggars and drunks (at times)

I honestly think it should be a crime. Punishable by a fine to solicit people on the street.
