I can confirm this. Also, avoid dedicated private student accommodation, they still are allowed to operate under older, less fair to tenants, rental agreements. If you rent a flat in a random building, even if sharing it with other students, you can get a more modern tenancy agreement.

Not enough people know this. Even if you were born here it's advised for at least October to March.
