can only vouch for north of the Clyde:

if you want flat and fast, Victoria, but it's also waaaaay too busy in my opinion for the size of the paths, don't like it myself as you're just tripping over people going for PBs

Springburn is a really nice course, a little bit undulating but a more reasonable number of people

Ruchill is hard but good for training, nice little parkrun that is very friendly, probably my favourite

Drumchapel is probably the hardest, very small and paths through woodland, so not really far off trail running if that's what you're into, it's slightly struggling to get numbers so could do with support
