2019 summary from what I understand (not an accountant): about 14% of funds were spent on internal staff and overheads, and the rest going to housing and tenancy support services either directly or via partnership organisations. The combined salaries of the 8 management staff is £427,000 and the CEO has a salary between £90k and £100k, trustees are not paid. All in all pretty good for a UK charity.
