| Comment | Yes, the big three modifiable factors from a recent university 'summit' were:
1. heating (which would be helped overnight by climate control rather than off/on radiators, and will improve a lot in a couple of years when several old buildings full of staff are consolidated into a new campus)
2. domestic flights (they're going to make it that you need to justify why you're flying vs. train).
3. commuting in by car (which would be improved by better public transport, safe cycle lanes; or as I suggested a shuttle from Garscube or something).
If the public transport were more convenient I'd do it tomorrow; you've absolute no idea about my circumstances. |
