I struggled to get people to take me seriously because I don’t “look ADHD”. Confident, two degrees, decent job yada yada. But once I got to the specialists it was really straight forward.
I know a lot of people they ask to see school records etc but I just told them I was restless in school and my mum isn’t well enough to discuss it.
