It's funny you mention the reality of running a small business, I just finished an eBook on that. Talked to loads of people who loved doing psychology or woodwork or brewing and turned it into a business. They quickly realized that 80% of their time was gonna be spent on the non-glamorous stuff like balancing the books and talking with suppliers. It's great you've not let your role be totally subsumed by that, though! |
