| Comment | The tenements that are still there are the ones that (for the most part) have been taken care of. The shit ones have mostly been pulled down or fell of their own accord.
Honestly, having lived in tenements all bar one of the past twelve years I've been in Glasgow, it would be a hard ask to get me to move to a new build. Low ceilings, paper-thin walls, and build quality that won't last more than a couple of decades without major issues... nah.
