| Comment | The local firms don’t do shitty surge prices for customers though. Uber can be cheap when it’s dead but other times it’s a rip. Uber used to have the advantage with their app and taking card but the other companies have decent apps, take card and have someone I can ring at the other end if it’s taking a while or I’m having problems. Also I hate Uber’s system of rating the customer, it’s borderline Black Mirror territory.
Might be better for the drivers but customers are getting shafted after the honeymoon launch period. |
