I am good but my wife was looking for a job some time. They are always looking for a people to be carers and this is what she did for some time and still she take sometimes some shifts. Not a easy and plesure job but pay is above minimum and if working on weekends and nights you can actually make decent money. They are flexible as well with shifts so thats good. But I do understand that this is not for everybody.

Also they always look for people in retail. Shitty job as well but better than nothing.

Have a look at government jobs - http://myjobscotland.gov.uk . There is plenty of jobs that could suit you. Glasgow Life usually has some openings for people without any special qualifications. My wife got a job as teacher assistant without previous experiance and loves it.

How about administrative jobs? Your IT experiance would be beneficial and if you can talke to people like a human being than it is not a bad career.
