I guess it depends on whether you think 3% of the population of the country - about 1.5m people across the UK - is something worth avoiding or not.

False equivalence as risk is usually described in deaths/million people/year - over the next 12 months, if there were a full blown epidemic, you would be far more likely to die of coronavirus than any of those things.
