| Comment | Yet another overly simplistic way of looking at things. What you are describing is the consequence of a major cultural difference. In japan people just dont eat while walking at all. Part of why they can do that is because they have an ultra reliable public transport infrastructure which allows them to avoid rushing. Yet again a healthy share of the responsibility falls in the lap of the council, or rather the corporations we foolishly allow to manage our public transport. |
