| Comment | Have you chased them on it? If you've been contacting them regularly since December and they've promised to send someone out and they haven't done it, then you're right to be pissed off. If you've only contacted them once then get back onto them pronto.
They'll also have a complaints procedure which you can go through and then raise with the Public Services Ombudsman or First Tier Tribunal if they don't resolve it to your satisfaction. |
