| Comment | Once you get something like that you wait a while and by the time you realise it’s not shifting, or something more serious, you make a doctors appointment. Two weeks later your appointment is the following day and your symptoms have abated.
I suppose we don’t want to be taking antibiotics etc. for fear of reducing their efficacy through repeated use, but by then our bodies have beaten the bug/virus and we’ve developed an immune response to it. |
