Were there any pictures to accompany the words? Could be some advice for people travelling between China and the UK with regards to corona virus. As already mentioned there is a large student population but also there is a workforce/relatives of students here who might not be as able to speak English as the students themselves.

Either way I know that my attention could be captured if I caught a glimpse of an advertisement entirely in Chinese (if I were Chinese) here in Glasgow so I'd be enticed to read what it says |
