| Comment | Nah you're right, there's not been this many construction projects since the crash of 2008. In fact, many of the current works are plans (or rehashes of plans) that were cancelled after the bottom fell out the economy then.
It's been a real slow burn, but yeah there's been a definite noticeable uptick in the number of big developments happening in the last 18 months - 2 years or so. |
