Decent and taking walk-ins are pretty much complete opposites when it comes to tattoos. The only exceptions would be if there's a last minute cancellation/no-show but good tattooists have waiting times for a reason. I get you're just wanting them touched up but a quick Google will show who is best to do it - artists cater to different styles. You more than likely won't need a full consultation and even messaging their Facebook pages with a photo of what you've got is more than enough for them to work off. |
