| Comment | I mean, we should still be testing where it is worth doing so, but there is no particular reason to test people coming into the country over people already in the country, unless they are coming from stays in specific hotspots e.g. North Italy. As we have a limited testing capability we have to deploy it where that information is going to be useful.
