| Comment | I would definitely avoid. They will take as much money from you as possible. I specifically asked them to check my flat regularly, they didnt bother their arses but happily took the management fee.
Last Tennant had a dog (pets not allowed). Due to castle never visiting the property a lot of damage was done, which they never acknowledged when they inspected the flat when Tennant moved out. Had to fight to get money out of the deposit.
Got fed up renting flat. Told them to put everything on hold so I could see if It was fincially viable to sell flat. Without asking they marketed the flat just so they could charge me the huge marketing fee. Complained but was given the run around by several members of staff.
