| Comment | I don’t work in hospitality and I’m not condoning this behaviour but the employee should have understood their rights (as we all should) before they entered the agreement: Jobs in hospitality are highly volatile and all high staff turnover is expected. However, we would all hope that discretion is awarded at this time of crisis!
