Comment | I've become way more inventive with food recently. Because we're trying to leave the house as little as possible, nothing is going to waste. That and I have more time to cook, too. Some very overripe bananas became a banana bread, made a salad from beetroot tops that would normally go in the bin, some leftover pizza dough became flatbreads, added some leftover carrots to a batch of kimchi I made. I'm really enjoying cooking every day and seeing what I can do with things I would normally toss. |
