I would, right now, instruct your landlord that you are intending to find another flat but will not be leaving the premises until you have been able to do so, and it is entirely to their solicitors to amend the sale instructions to deal with this.
I repeat, they *cannot* currently make you leave the flat, no matter what they tell you. You don't need them to give you an extension. |
