Currently the average employee age in my store would be around 60. B&q is literally trading profits for lives right now.

Shitton of people today buying plants and gardening equipment. About 80% of customers i served today were buying gardening tools, and plants. The whole staff was worked to the bone to get the people out the door. We had to close the store down for 5 minutes multiple times to let the queues clear. Halfway through the day we had to close our TradePoint section as we were only allowing customers in through 1 entrance. |
