| Comment | We were scheduled to move on Friday. Notice to end tenancy submitted at end of Feb, movers scheduled, utilities notified. Wife has health issues so we were in lockdown even before the official notice. We spoke with letting agency and movers on Monday saying we cannot move right now, and both were totally fine with change of plans given the circumstances. We asked for a 3 month extension.
Clyde Properties announced this morning that: "Tenancies that were due to end from today will have their Check Outs suspended and new tenancies are only going ahead where the tenancy was already in motion or to assist with emergency housing for essential workers such as NHS staff, for example".
