Your reasoning of money being better spent on ventilators is moot. It's an asset and a resource that's already available and effective in its implementation and use. The money is already tied up in the asset and the support facilities. By your reasoning, it would be better to sell it all off and spend the money on a method of cure, instead of using the asset as-is for prevention. |
