Thank you very much for your response it shames me you have taken so much of your valuable time to respond. My initial query was related not to the work to you are doing - you are legends - but that some companies are managing this better than others. We have to queue this is part of our new life - but some companies seem to manage it better in fact some manage it fantastically some however seem to be struggling - you obviously are part of a group that manages this well. Some need improvement maybe some sharing between companies would assist. I work for a company that did it wrong then learned from it. Please do not take my post as a criticism of pharmacists. |
