Are you in a position to help with the situation in East Kilbride a certain firm have over prescribed and people are suffering. I can wait in a queue for 3 and a half hours then wait an hour while the poor staff have a well deserved break for an hour. Some can’t go to St Leonard’s shopping centre and see what happens. You are a key worker so am I. My company messed up then got better and people were served better. I risk being unpopular to get things better. There is a problem and it’s the front line staff that suffer. The abuse I saw people getting was unnecessary I’d like to change that. |
