Half of East Kilbride pharmacies empty - half have a 3 hour wait - I am not key like NHS but one of the prescriptions I picked up was for my mother 85 who gave her soul to the NHS. I can wait in any queue no bother. But when I know if my parents went to a different pharmacy chain which is better organised and be out the door in 20 mins there is a problem. At no point is a pharmacist or staff criticised. Pm me for the name of the pharmacy chain if you will. My original post was just to see if anyone else had this issue. Partially as I had to explain why only to my boss why I spent nearly 4 hours in a queue when in England it only took twenty minutes to pick up a prescription. Vilify me if you will but the vast majority of people in that queue, like my parents are not on Reddit. Not all criticism is bad sometimes it is an avenue for improvement.
