My frustration was the difference in waiting times between pharmacies. My original post was asking whether this was a localised thing - or with a particular chain. I can take the slagging - hopefully someone will listen and make it better. Most of the oaps I was in the queue with don’t have access to the ‘t’internet’ and the pharmacy employees I met were slagged off when they closed for a lunch hour. They were scared of losing jobs. Can you answer me if pharmacies are rewarded financially per prescription - my point is some maybe are tempted to take on more than they can deal with. |
