well, if you want to get into it then I'd argue that of the two companies, the one that attempted to establish a chain for which it didn't hold the trademark, while rejecting an offer to licence that branding, and then pretending it's a teeny family restaurant to elicit sympathy in a cynical PR move, is probably not the one with the moral high ground
