I think if you've 100% had it, then 7 days after your first symptom you are no longer spreading it. NHS people will be able to explain it more but as far as I can understand once you start showing symptoms, that means your probably not transmitting anymore?
Also, this relies on you 100% having COVID. If it's just a cold/flu or 24 hour bug (which you can get whilst being isolated.)
