Yeah, the current tests are far from perfect so it's likely (statistically) that the small number of such 'reinfection' cases are people who initially tested positive when they didn't have it and it was some other infection with similar symptoms. Current science still points to immunity after infection, but unclear if it's long-term (I gather it is for most other coronavirii).
