In the meantime you should also do your own inspection of e.g. light fittings and sockets to see if anyone has done a bodge job somewhere and that's causing problems, and check the appliance fuses are the right ratings (especially any dedicated shower/cooker/washing machine sockets/switches) - if someone has put in too high a rating it might be one dodgy appliance that's buggered all the others |
