Since there’s no inventory/proof of the condition it was given to us in do you think I could use that to protect some of my deposit? Also, the landlord would frequently enter the flat or have workmen enter the flat without any notice (one time they came into my room when i was asleep in my underwear). Do you know if this kind of illegal behaviour from them could be used to protect my deposit?
