Loads of bigger brewers are mothballing...I kinda want to use this time to brew some mental shit! Brewing a Saison today with a yeast that was found on spontaneously fermenting apples in Denmark then papping a load of Cherrys into it before canning it! Brewing one off 50L runs! any suggestions hit me up!
