So obviously a bitter taste is unavoidable with beer because of the fermentation/brewing process but since you know your shit is there any way to mask/minimise that bitter tang you get?
It's one of the main reasons I used to prefer cider to beer when I drank, cider was "cleaner" tasting to me.
