El Perro negro is only ridiculously overpriced if you don’t care about ingredients. They use high quality, higher welfare beef. That shit’s expensive and that’s reflected in the cost of the burgers. If you’re describing yourself as a foodie you should care, and I think you’ll enjoy it - it won best burger in the UK and deserved it.
