She’s stupid but the mob needs its pound of flesh. The mentality of people during this pandemic has been truly frightening.
I’m a history graduate so I’m aware of how a national crisis can be used as a pretext to clamp down on personal freedoms. But the willingness of people to not only embrace; but to castigate and report on one another like the bloody Soviet Union has been really fucking eye opening. It’s not all bad; but mans need for its 2 minute hate and self preservation has kind of scared me. That with the hoarding has shocked me.
