| Comment | Been ordering stuff online to avoid going to the shops including a variety of goods with no problems the last couple of weeks. As expected, we're pretty much in literally all day.
Was expecting a delivery yesterday and I get an email saying Hermes was delivering it. Of course, after being in all day, nothing arrives and I get an email saying 'wE hAd A pRoBlEm DeLiVeRiNg To YoUr AdDrEsS' with no further details, despite being on a main road, having a porch and we can literally see anyone coming and going down the garden path.
I'd give any other courier the benefit of the doubt, but Hermes has screwed me over so badly in the past, it's hard not to think it's just sheer incompetence instead. Sent off an enquiry as to the status of my parcel and didn't receive anything back. I'll give it another day and then just cancel with the retailer if nothing appears. It's not worth the hassle. |
