| Comment | I should say, the mum doesn't live in that flat, it's a single occupancy flat and the number stays elsewhere, I think the flat is only used for parties and he stays with the mum the rest of the time.
The blocks does have a disabled resident and a flat with loads of young kids, so his mates drunkenly going up and down everyday is my main concern, and the guys coughing, not covering their mouth whilst going past front doors.
I'm guessing it's here's probably drugs involved too, as one of them keep going out on a pushbike, disappears for ten minutes and appears back.
There's also a massive kitchen knife on the pavement outside the flat (directly under his window) which I'm guessing has been chucked out the window in a drunken rage or when the police chapped the door the other night they purposely chucked it out so they didn't find it in the flat. |
