I had the same issue with 101 being useless. Neighbours set up a loud all-night outdoor karaoke party. Called 101, two cops turned up, went in and almost immediately left. The next song played was 'I Fought The Law' and then it continued as normal.
They were useless in my situation, but I'd honestly have thought they'd more useful with the current situation on. Surprised by what happened, really.
