| Comment | I braved farmfoods, took some essentials round to my 78yr old parents, and my mum tried to send me back out to Morrisons since "Easter eggs are buy one get one free there!".
I get they're very sheltered because of the self-isolating thing, but they're just not understanding this "only go out for essentials, there's rumours of the polis checking your shopping bags to confiscate booze & chocolate" thing!
anyway, I tried not to lecture her like she was a brainless twat, but your comment still reminded me of that anyway ;) |
