Oh no that sounds awful. I hope you're getting some time off over easter at least and manage to do something relaxing. Hope it doesn't come to this but remember it's ok to put in a noise a complaint with police, it might seem like a silly non issue but sleep has a huge impact on our health and your mental shouldn't be compromised because someone is being inconsiderate.
