Yep, there's one 1m wide gate to my local park (I can see it from my window). The same old guy with a wee white dog stood IN the gateway three separate times yesterday.
Partly angry at him for his ignorance, partly amused watching the chaos when someone simulataneously approaches him from the parkside needing out, and the pavement needing in.
